SHIPPING
We’re excited to offer worldwide free shipping on all orders!
All in-stock orders received before midday will be processed the same day. We will be in touch asap if there are any difficulties with supplying your order. For pre-order artworks, please allow about 30 days for the artist to complete your piece. We’ll send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready to ship.
Standard international shipping takes 2-4 weeks. Your items will be shipped from our warehouse in Australia or China, or directly from the artist's studio. If you have any questions about shipping before you make a purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help 7 days a week.
Delivery and Collection
If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive a notification card with instructions. You can then arrange an alternative collection with the courier, or it will be delivered to your local post office. If it’s not collected in time, it may come back to us, and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.
If you choose to provide an authority to leave, please note that we can't take responsibility for your order once it has been delivered with your authority or signed for by someone at your premises.
You can easily track your delivery at any time using the link we send you via email when your order is dispatched. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, feel free to contact us. We’re here to help!
Duties and Taxes
Please note that when your order arrives in your country, there may be additional duties, taxes, or import fees applied. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and aren’t included in the price of your order. Any additional fees will need to be paid directly to the customs authority in your country. If you have any questions about these fees, don’t hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS
Change of Mind
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with an item, including a change of mind, you can return it for a refund within 30 days. Just make sure the items are in their original packaging and must be in 'as new' condition. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs on change of mind returns.
PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot offer exchanges for change of mind on SALE and discounted items.
Faulty Items
We encourage you to inspect your order right away once it arrives. If you discover any defects or damage, or if the product doesn't match its online description, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@yesdecorcollection.com.au
We do our best to present our products accurately. However please note that image appearances can differ across various devices. Also, due to the nature of handcrafted works, each piece is unique and may display individual variations. We are committed to correcting any inaccuracies found on our website, and ensuring your complete satisfaction.
